Sichuan Senpu Pipe Co., Ltd (Sichuan Senpu ), with its head office in Deyang New&High-Teach. Industry zone, is a share limited company founded in 1998 after the closing of 2nd National Conference for Chemical Construction Materials. It is the market pioneer in China in developing, manufacturing and marketing innovative plastic pipe and fitting products, and associated engineering, implementation and installation services. It is also licensed to import and export raw and supplementary materials, mechanical and electrical machinery, plastic products and others.

Senpu is share controlled by Sichuan Jiannanchun Croup Co., Ltd., a reputable company in China, with registered capital over RMB 100 million and total assets nearly RMB 600 million. Senpu now fully controls the following subsidiaries as Tianjin Senpu Co., Ltd.(in Tianjin Coastal New Zone), Senpu Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd., and Senpu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The company occupies land area approximately 200,000+m2, with 12 modern workshops equipped with over 30 international and domestic first-class pipe production lines and 24(sets of) fitting production lines to yield total annual capacity over 120,000 tons. As a leading player in China’s pipe manufacturing industry, Senpu pays strong attention to effectively combining technical innovation with product development, by gathering a large number of senior- and medium-level technical experts and investing considerable amounts into R&D activities. Senpu has participated in compiling 8 industry and state standards, as well as associated engineering, design and installation technical specifications. The central laboratory of the company, being recognized as provincial laboratory, is equipped with over 20 sets of various types of testing gears (including the only advanced static hydrant testing gear in Southwest China imported from Germany) which are capable of testing more than 30 kinds of product physical, mechanical and chemical properties, like longitudinal shrinkage rate, ultimate elongation, static hydrant pressure under various temperature, oxidation induction time, ring strength, monocol distribution, density, ring flexibility, flame retardancy and static charge immunity, to fulfill testing requirements within the factory and proposed by customers. The company has outsourced a team of technical experts and consultants from the state, the province and the city, and built long term academic-business partnership with Sichuan University, through which the group company and the Sichuan University post-doctor provides long term technical support to enterprises.
